Actually no sure Personal point of view white light during rain very hard to see. I believe yellow bulb can work close toward like fog light. I maybe wrong though Maybe can use the yellow bulb for high beam and keep the normal bulb for normal ridding light.

Not sure my ST ever been mod b4 maybe when we meet this Friday than you help me see. Shine high is common for high beam but it shine to the extrem left and not striaght that the problem. and my normal headlight is slanted also
