  1. Road fatalities have turned into one of the biggest 'killers' in modern society. One of the biggest reasons for road mishaps is 'speed'. So, the simplest solution is to slow down speed. The speed associated limitations are imposed on drivers for safety concerns. So, it is their duty to pay attention to speed signs and even restrict the speed to ten k/h under what sign says. 1. The basic rule is to 'slow down' to take corner successfully. Weather condition is another area that you need to give special attention. 2. Alcohol is another major reason for road mishaps. It is human nature to believe that they know what they are doing, particularly when they are drinking. 3. A simple rule to keep in mind for driving safely is common civility. If one allows others to go ahead, one can save various probable troubles on the road from happening.
  2. Teen drivers generally tend to be irresponsible and easily distracted, thus resulting in them making wrong moves. Many teen drivers have been seen talking on the phone or texting when driving. These tendencies have led to an enormous number of accidents, causing injuries, fatalities and skyrocketing insurance rates. Some major causes for distractions while driving: * Drinking & Eating * Emotional State of the Driver * Using the Cell Phone * Talking to Friend/ Friends in the Car * Listening to Music As a new driver, you will be unskilled at handling unexpected problems. So, make sure you attend any of the various defensive driving courses across the country.
  3. Winter driving can be difficult with the ice and snow covering the streets. A few tips can make your winter trip safer. Winter driving accidents often occur due to driving under pressure and increased speed. Try and give yourself extra time for reaching the destination. One thing to keep in mind in winters is that you should go out only when you need to. Winter is not the time to hit the roads just for fun. Purchase snow tires for your vehicle. At the minimum, you should buy two tires for front drive or then two for rear drive. Reduce the speed on winter stricken roads. Use of cruise control should be avoided because it limits the control that you have over the vehicle. Leave adequate space between you and the car in front of you. The distance should be at least three times the normal safe distance as recommended by The Weather Channel. Try and replace the windshield wiper blades with snow blades. This will help in enhancing traction and control.
  4. Really nice bike. I love to ride it.
  5. I believe there was an MU here but I think it may have been at another location away from the scrapyard. I think it was 49 MU and handled crashed allied and German aircraft from WW2.
  6. Im guessing these bikes go for about 400k first hand?
  7. Thank you I was really looking high and low for this. Tsw has a 9.5 and a 10 inch wide wheel. I'd love to be as flush as possible. The rear wheels come in a ET 40 and ET 54
  8. I have also passed S1000RR, CBR 1000 etc drivers, but that's why I'm asking the difference between same driver in same lap, only a different bike under the driver.
