Honda Steed/shadow single carb conversion questions

Hi fellow Steed riders. I have a 1988 Honda steed VLS 400 (factory springer) It has been turned into a custom bobber. I am from Australia and am trying to find info on doing a single carb conversion for my steed.

 

I like the look of the single carbs and how it creates space around the engine.

 

Just want to know what carb is best and if there are aftermarket manifolds or carbs available for single carb conversion?

 

My steed is pictured below :)
