hey is the insurance for a 250cc and 400cc about the same for a new 2a rider??..possibly getting one 250cc scrammie but if the price for the insurance is the same i'd rather get a 400cc secondhand one..

hi joelle....for insurance...depends on individual company premiums...diff company quote differently...price also depends on riding experience,NCB and the diff parties e,g 1st(comprehensive), 2nd(thirdparty fire n theft) n only third party...

 

only rd tax are the same...140bucks per yr for 400cc...e,g

I think Nebulaz's post applies to your question as well. It depends on ur age as well and riding experience. Below 21, can reach $!000++.
