Need advice on scooter repair

hi my aprilia mojito 125 died halfway on the road.

 

Wellson motor from 517 Jurong West wanna charge me the following:

 

100 to recondition starter motor

65 for insulation (?)

395 for CDI

 

Do you all think it is reasonable?

they are convinced it is the cdi. anw i dunno anything about motorcycle repair so can only trust what they say

yea can.....it can start but when i open throttle engine dies
