ya lo.. web inside absorb sweat cant vapourise under waterproof material. Wash yesterday, try to smell it later. haha.. But something weird. Raincoat should be waterproof n rain or water will flow away but how come ff5 absorb rain n whole suit bcum heavy but water never leak in har? What material is that actually. Wet outside but dry inside. lol.

Its not the same during the time I bought my aeroblade II coat, I compared the material already

 

dettol is good and yea don't sun it! its like damaging the 'wax' or somethin of the coat

 

Hmm... maybe thats another model, cos the latest models, FF4/5, i compare from my classmate's, are same materials...

am looking for a better, light & durable pants thats not costly leh...

FF5 still ok lo. Smell only when heavy sweat. But it's thick n heavy lo.. Once take it off, dunno where to put. Just stuck it into my bag. haha..

Yeah.. a question. Since wax will spoil under sun, then i ride my bike under hot sun wearing FF5, will the wax gone faster?

I saw a blog. To get a perfect weather suit, use mesh jacket daily under hot sun so ur body still can breath. When rain, just add on a progrip raincoat.

FF5: hot, quite durable, thick heavy, one set item - total damage $70

Mesh jacket + raincoat : flexible, durable, 2 set item - total damage >$150

Which one better? LOL..

Ya, but rain coat is for use in the rain.

ppl tend to additional use for the jackets, which in no time, the jacket sure a goner.

if dont want to invest on a mesh jacket, just get a windbreaker, @ the very least still can block sun, wind & minimum drizzle.

Mesh jacket comes useful when on touring. i did that when i coming back frm melaka @ april, downpour on the way back, i just slip on full gears @ the 1st pitstop, &... the rest of guys were caught wet when they had to stop 2nd time....
