Importing new Motorcycle from Msia and register in SG?

Hey guys

 

New here, sorry if i posted in the wrong section.

 

I am intending to upgrade to 2A next year, and i'm eyeing on those 2A kawasakis like Ninja 300, Z250 etc. However i noticed that these bikes are not very common locally. I've looked around and for e.g Ninja 300 machine price alone could cost 12K++. I went across the boarder and asked one of the motor shop, they were selling a ninja 300 for only RM27.8K with insurance blah blah blah(that would be less than 10K SGD, minus their insurance would be a little lesser than RM27.8K, register with COE insurance etc about 17~18K), so i was wondering if i could import a bike from malaysia and register a Singapore vehicle plate?

 

Anybody have any experience about importing, please do advice about all the necessary paper work and so on.
