In regards to performance technology, super four is bounds ahead with an inline 4 engine 52hp (similar to the big boys) with vtec.

 

The more economical 250-350cc targets a different crowd. Like those with license issues, insurance costs, expensive fuel, taxes(like coe) and insurance costs.

 

In many countries the 250-300cc is gaining popularity thus the many new models offered from different manufacturers.

 

I happen to see a kawasaki Z250. It was amazing.. though rather expensive at 50 000 RM. Imagine coe added to that hahaha.
