If you're going for a solid bike with cheap maintenance, outstanding mileage, class 2B and a sporty look, this is the ideal bike other than NSR150SP(out of production).

 

If you're looking for speed look elsewhere..

Rainy days try not to order pizza/kfc/macdonalds.

SP is 1 of d most petrol-thirsty 2B bikes out there hor .....abt d same as or even worse than S4!

compare?? errmmm.. depends on which u prefer cruiser type or naked bike type...

 

talking abt cruiser type.. there the bajaj avenger.. same engine as pulsar but on a cruiser chasis..

 

and one more important thing.. honda is a well known brand compared to bajaj.

BAJAJ Pulsar 180(apr06)-(nov07)

HONDA NSR 150 sp(nov07)-(mar09)

HONDA specIII(mar09)-(dec10)

HONDA wave125(dec10)-(nov12)

YAMAHA rxz135(nov12)-

hi guys! when wanna have a meet up? not DIY session but some meet ups, drink drink see see talk abt out bikes?

 

recently i added a pair of saddle bags, fuel consumption drops till abt 41km/litre keke.

 

i love my saddle bags, they are of great convenience!

No more regrets.

the handling of pulsar not really tat good when compared to CBR150. cornering i feel its better den CBR150.

 

fuel consumption is much better. maintenance is the same, except pulsar uses 2 plugs instead of 1.

 

if u wan ur pillion to be more comfy, pulsar is the choice :)

Any one has a dremel tool? I'm planning to cut out a portion of my pulsar's meter assembly plastic to fix in the voltmeter I got from paiseh. Liddat looks more integrated and summore can be water-proofed by using eproxy or silicon.

 

MEETUP SESSION ASAP!!!

This is my handle bar without the centre piece because my IU holder block my centre piece. :giddy:

ur current IU bracket is the expensive ones. $120 at seng kwang

 

$30 are those cheap ones put at the side mirror

 

 

so u sure u wan to change :D

I bought a rim tape last week, so eager to apply to my bike. The next day when i wanted to go to work, all the rim tapes came off. I dunno to laugh or slap myself. SIGh.....gotta to go get another set today. I might have pulled the tape a bit to tight when applyin.

 

I saw pictures of other Pulsars in this forum. If only i can make my bike look so nice. Some stuff i wanna change, here and there.

 

1. Front tyre to bridgestone

2. Seat Cover

 

Still not sure wat else can add. Have any of u ever considered spraying your bike? Need to wait for my next mth salary to start doing something to the bike.

U should clean n dry ur rim sidewall b4 sticking the rim tape

rim sticker - do nt stretch it while fixing.

bridgestone tyre - 160bucks at bajaj wrkshp.

seat cover - thrs a shop at bkt merah,2 shops b4 bajaj wrkshp or thrs othas..

paintwrk - nt nw coz our bike still new mayb u cld try wif stickers instead?
