I think it's not a question of whether the bike can last the distance, but whether the rider can tahan or not ..... :cheeky:

Anyone would like to organize a trip to Malacca? Most groups that go up north ride bigger bikes and I'll have trouble joining them because I wouldn't be able to keep up with the speed. My avenger can only cruise at 90-100 km/h tops.

HELP NEEDED!!!

Did anyone of you guys here experience this problem.

Try to start bike using electric start but totally nothing happen, no cranking, no nothing!!!

Battery was fine, in neutral gear, everything is just fine!!!

After which, i tried to on/off the key a few times and still the same!!!

So i tried to play with the kill switch, on/off it a few times, then try to start it again, and everything back to normal.

This happened to me a few times and i suspect it's the kill switch problem.

Any guy here got same problem as me???

To all pulsar riders,i am riding the 2nd batch same as ROADRUNNER.Do take note of the 2 exhaust nuts that is with a bracket that will become loose due to prolong vibration. The mechanic at universal motor also told me that it have to checked and tightened. One of my exhaust nut came out, which i was unaware of and it create a funny noise like air leakage.I went to Universal but was already closed,so i went to motorworld to collect some stuffs. While i was on my way there, i went at the speed of 100km/hr cause the shop is going to close.I reach there just nice and 1 of the mechanic is helpful enough to help me solve the problem.Cause in the end the other nut also went missing. This is my bad experience to share with you guys.I hope none of this will happen to anyone of you.:sian:

Is there anyway to remove the kill switch thing???

To me its kind of useless stuffs...

Cause i didn't use the kill switch at all, i only off/on the key switch to start/off engine.

Anyone know if i can remove the kill switch thing???

u cannot remove the thing but u can short the thing in the switch so that it is always in the "on" mode even if u switch it to off the engine will not cut off.

meddling wif the switch too much can cost a short circuit to ur coil n CDI.

so my advise do not use the engine kill switch if possible.

Anyone one can advice where I can get the side boxes?

I have a 45L zues top box installed but i need more space. I think I might have to change the whole bracket assembly also, to fix up the side boxes.

thanks.

hi,

when you are running in the bike, do your top up the engine oil if it is slightly below the lower marker?
