Bad news to you, still need to cut wires. no shop in sim lim tower selling the kind of connector that our bike use.

Propose that you chose the method 2. Will explain later.

Bros, those who are waiting for method 1. I've got to apologise to ur. Guess ur have to go for method 2. Method 1 is very expensive and tedious. I have not managed to do it cause I have run out of funds. Currently I have 2 NC relays which is not enough. You will have to cut the original connectors cause sim lim tower does not sell the connector that our bike use. You will need lots of wires.

The flasher cost S$12 each and the relay cost S$15 each. Wires that I bought are S$0.50 per meter.

1. I exchange the relay to NC. The connection for NC is different from NO. It has pin 85 and 86 for the coil, pin 30 for common, pin 87a for normally closed and pin 87.

2. That means I have to short the front and the rear light to achieve the same thing. The proper way should be 2 relays per light ( will explain that in a while).

3. What i did is short both positive lines of the front and rear RHS lights (coming from the control box), short the positive lines of the front and rear RHS lights (coming from the light bulb). I left the "ground" line untouched.

When i turn on the turn signal everything works fine.

when I turn on the hazard with the flasher connected and ignition off, nothing happens. no light nothing.

4. So i take out every connection and using a multimeter I measured the connections. Here's what I found.

The signal light wires coming from the box have nearly zero resistance when i measured the resistance between the positive and negative line. when signals are not turned on both lines are shorted to "ground".

The thing is I am not sure if it is connected straight to ground or to something else.

5. Verdict I will have to do more test before I can conclude on the final method.

So my advice is for the bros waiting for method 1 to go for method 2. Method 1 is too costly and time consuming. I spent 5 hours on the bike and cannot succeed. I have run out of funds to get more relay.

I will still drop by for the diy, but I will not be doing anything. Maybe I can share what I found out about the electricals of the bike.

Sorry if i have caused any inconvenience to the bros here.

Paiseh, your H4 light is with me. I will pass it to you during the diy.
