2nd time p plate offence

hi all i was ridin around lim chu kang road on 16 feb, den got road block as usual la but the prob is my p plate kenna stolen, den somemore its my 2nd time. Today i jus received a letter sayin tat i need to pay 120 for not displayin Pplate. i thought they will revoke for 2nd time offenders??? or do they collect money 1st den revoke my license, if like tat no use also pay the fine but if they really forgot my 1st offend den gd la..... anyone been in my situation?

last time i was also booked twice for p-plate offence.. but 2 years later here i am still riding.. i also find it weird..

If they never revoke u license dan just pay the fine only lor.. But kinda stupid la.. P-plate ppl also wana steal..
