I tried before there left no bars on the fuel meter. And i went to top up full tank(95) it's aroung 8.4L then reach full tank. But i travel around 160 onwards. the fuel lighting start to blink! T.T

all this broquet no use if you dun find out the problem and get ur bike running well first. Once you got it running normally then you can go and think of things like broquet.

if you are talking about fuel comsumption then many things could come into play.

Worned out Rollers/belt.

worned out Clutch(if the bike has been ridden a year+ or so without change, since u mentioned its 2nd hand)

variator(look above)

throttle happy(this is a major point as gilera riders tend to throttle more to get the pick up faster than Fast, increasing fuel consumption. and also taking in the fact you are new to the vehicle, get use to it first and the fc knowledge of your bike will come naturally.)

brand of petrol(try octane 98 instead, my 05 can maintain me a week of travelling to and forth daily on full tank.)

and many more, i don't know much but i've learnt abit through reading up and speaking with mechanics over time about my ride so if u wish to know more i'm open to pm. ride safe!

Bro, your O5 is standard or what? just curious, because you mention "my 05 can maintain me a week of travelling to and forth daily on full tank". Please advice.

I suggest you go to Taihin or Sunrise @ kallang for a look by the mechs. When you took over ur scoot, did the shop change anything for you? Did they give u new belt, rollers? Did they even do a simple service when you took over?
