VENUE : COFFEE-SHOP OPPOSITE AH BOY AT KELANTAN LANE

TIME : Meeting commenced at 9.00PM

1) Decide on the Proposed Date for The Ride - Confirmed to be on 26th April 2008

 

2) Elect Markers, Marshalls and Sweepers - 1x Lead Bike, 6x Marshalls (Maybe need to add more due to the number of participants), 2x Sweepers & 3x Support Vehicle

 

3) Best Routes for the Ride - Details will be emailed to all that attended the meeting

 

4) Ride Meeting Point and Timing - GP ESSO 2nd Link at 8.15AM Sharp

 

5) Decide on the itinerary for the Ride - Details will emailed to all that attended the meeting

 

6) Safety Precautions - As per the emailed that was sent on 1st April (Tuesday)

Hi hi...Everyone...I've spoken to some of my friends who have had a chance to ride previously to Desaru and it was mentioned to me that taking the 2nd link from Tuas would be a very long and exhausting journey...I was advised to take the Woodlands Link and it would be a better route from there on with definite rest stops and refuelling along the way (Especially for the smaller tank bikes)...I do need all of your opinion on this so that i can have a discussion with the Lead Bike, Marshalls, Sweepers and Support Vehicles to reconfirm on our ride route...Hope to hear from all you my good friends...Cheers...
