ask the clerk she say owner overseas so cannot transfer need 2 wait 4 him 2 come back.. than ask the quy who sold mi the bike say logcard wif another shop so nt so fast cos other shop slow!!!

So who 2 believe????

b D WAY Any one trade there bike over..., I Trade in mie bike(which is still on installments) not long ago, recently receive the trade-in bike s' road tax renewal and also the bike inspection due.... so yesterday i called "Speedway" they saed the trade-in bike still under mi until they find a buyer and saed they will settle the payment for the road tax n inspection.....(so i throw away the road tax n the inspection oreadie) IS TAT TRUE? IS THE PROCEDURE LIKE TAT?

personally...I have bad experiences with them also...feel sorry for u guys...just tahan ba...and learnt a lesson like me..i never going back that shop again...and also...i think its more of a..."u have to know someone" kind of shop to buy from...u know people there...ur deal will be better and in fact..greater than deals outside...but if not..i think...its not a very trustworthy shop...although I got my bike from them alrdy...but the other day when I went down to the shop to pay installment...i saw another uncle quarrelling with them...same thing happen...I overheard the uncle (un-intentionally) he was shouting...he said..what is this? make me wait..say can take bike today...come alrdy say haven bid COE what crap...and then now tell me bike no stock also...so big shop no stock? other shop got stock..and he went on with the usual uncle's @$@#%!# hmz...people aware!!!

hmm... from my case is the bike i bought is under installment so they nv clear the installment till nw!!! :mad:

they are veri veri slow in all aspect of work except towing our bike away if we nv pay them!!! Which they threaten 2 do so when i say i will nt start paying till bike is transfer 2 my name!!!

So i guess u just dun care abt it let them do their job ba...

Guess i am nt the onli 1 tat has problem wif them!!!

Haiz... thought tat is was a trustworthy shop but in the end..... :nono:

You and I know when come to buy second hand bike, i believe you have check your the bike before drive out of the shop. Sori to straight forward, who else to be blame, it just luck and I don't think they are sort.

 

As for Ah tion, wether is a boss of Speedway it doesn't matter cause Ah tion is the person in-charge, anything can look for him.

i bought my spark 135(limited edition) a week plus ago...issit possible to change to the normal spark 135 example the white ones?...since limited edition took them a long time to do their thingy..

Woh...after three years...this shop reputation still as bad eh?

My personnal experiences was in Jan2004, I went to enquire about the Honda wave. Had a talk with a young guy over there, everything went smoothly...the price was discussed and the insurance was checked. The final price was settled at $3600 with free helmet,raincoat and rear-box. So I was like Ok...and took out my cheque book to want to pay downpayment. AT THIS MOMENT, the young guy suddenly says 'Sorry, Honda wave now got no stock. Got to wait for two three weeks later'.

I was thinking to myself "How come no stock when EVERY other motodiam has the bike on diaplay at the shopfront!"

 

So this young guy tried to convinve me to get the newly launched Yama Spark and Honda Nova. I was already pissed...talked for one hour on the price/color/coe/insurance/freebies...then suddebly go no BIKE.

 

Sadly I told him I will come back three weeks later to buy.

 

This is at the midview building. So I walked down the slope to HuaChin and enquire about the wave. I told the friendly boss, "I want a Honda Wave, at $3600 with the same freebies as quoted by Speed". Knowing the market price is around there, I did not want to talk too much $$$ anymore since I really need the bike ASAP.

He made a few calls to his supplier.....and confirmed the availability immediately with me on the spot.

 

All in all, I confirmed the sales at Huachin all in Five minutes! No joke. And I got the bike within three days later!!

As I said earlier I will still repeat,this shop is a joke.I waited four to five months for my bike.Say will come,but after checking actually dont have.

 

Like waiting for singapore to snow...

 

Forfeit my deposit,go another shop on th spot pay,within 5 days get...

but doubt u can do anything else exept u keep calling them every few hrs....

mayb talking 2 the boss helps... or u wan u can go down everyday till they get fed up ....

if u wan complain 2 Case i dun think they will do anything unless there are really really alot of ppl complaining abt tat shop...

ask black widow for help oso can... cos he claim he kw the ppl there,...

When i bought my bike, i made my salesperson give mi an agreement on all the

 

things he promised mi and sign with his company stamp.....so far ok lah...

 

....collected all the items one by one.....just slightly on the long waiting

 

period..... around 1 month liao...going to collect the last item he owe mi today.....
