Guys & Ladies... Mod is just one of the madass rider like you & me. Perhaps his knowledge for bikes is much better than most of us here. Pretty of nice guy of him to share his knowledge of his 'ASS' with us. He is no LIM AH BOY... nor is he from any bike shop.

If we are interested to get stuff from overseas, he is doing everyone here a favour by enquiry & placing orders on our behalf. I mean hw many guys in the net does that for you for free??? The risk involved of guys ordering & not wanting the stuffs...??? Give it a tot ppl....

We might not be so helpful if it were us doing the quires & ordering. So far Mod had contributed somes good tips & advise to this thread. He well deserved a drink on me.......when we meet up.

hey mod, i would like to do the exhaust and to increase the acceleration of the bike... hw to go abt doing it? where to order parts n which mech to go?

I've changed my mid pipe diameter to match the end can. This is the 1st of my mods. Will be planning to straight thru the end can and change barb to dia 24 or 26.

You'll need to plan your mods how far are you willing to mod the pipe?

Hey all, I'm planning to order custom-made oversized, mandrel bent, sans cat converter, stainless steel header for my ass. Anyone wanna order some too?

It suits big bored asses. Stock header too small for big bored asses.

And the muffler also in the process of converted to a straight-through absorbtion type muffler that looks as legal as anything. Note: I said LOOK. Not sound. kekeke

Lemme know if anyone else interested.

I am interested in seeking a muffler for my ass. But do not want it to be "loud"... do not wish to pollute the noise level on the road... :D

I paid $250 for the job. That includes everything from raw material to fabrication, the price may be steep but the quality is A1! A friend of mine intro to me this welder. Those who are interested can PM me for his phone number to make an appointment.

You can see his work during the next meet up. Pictures do not do justice.

mmm.....the most common prob for some madass..its the oil seal that giving u the leakage....

the oil seal was made more to cold climate weather..

go and get it change...a honda wave 100 oil seal will do the trick...i do not noe how easy to get it here cos i dont see much of a honda wave 100 otr..and again im not too sure if wave 125 same as 100..if its same..then ur prob solve oredi...i hope this will helps:slurp:

pardon my ignorance dude. which oil seal are you talking about?

yeahh..once awhile u need to tighten up the tappet when the sounds get loud..

as we all can see not much of an xtreme make over to the engine we face lots of prob oredi mainly due to the vibration..so tats y i stress out before for those who really wanna mod your bike...we can do wonders with the engine BUT the strong vibration is the problem...petty one that is..and that sumtimes can lead to major one....

it seems like many of our guys here are experiencing vibration problems. i'm not sure if it is due to me down-sizing the sprockets to 17t/41t that the much vibrations are taken away. i have just brought my bike for servicing today. no sign of any loose nuts or screws or leakage. the only reason i can think of is the extreme down-sizing of my sprockets have taken loads of the vibrations away and making my Ass a better ride. maybe some of you may want to try? of cos, it will be at the slight expense of your bike's pick up. :D

i kind of like the handle bar portions. neat and simple. hey dude, is the renthal bar higher than the stock? how much did you get your mirrors for? i intend to change away the cheapo looking stock mirrors. :D

most of the people who told me about the leakage they facing is the one at the clutch area where the round chrome thingy is...the oil seal inside are made to suit cold weather..that oil seal inside can be replace by honda wave 100 oil seal..i attached u the diagram...

and i used to have 17t front and 41t rear..that helps bit with the vibrations bt i hate the "pick up", for me now 15t front and 42t rear is just ok for now..the best config for the sprocket is 15t front and 39t rear..and im waiting for my 39t sprocket..

the low bend renthal fatbar is slightly higher then the stock one..i think mid or high bend will be just nice..

and my mirror i bought like 10 bucks a pair..
