Bike renew COE question

1 bike can use how long before must scrap? 20years?

 

like eg, cars can only use 10years before must scrap/export out of singapore. cannot renew coe already.

 

any rules like this for motorbikes?

Bike can renew coe for more than twenty year . Renew 10 years or five years. But if you renew 5 years, you cannot renew ure coe aleady. That means ure bike must scrap or export after five years. If u renew 10 years, u can still renew after ten years. If coe renewed, road tax price will increase a little. go to one motoring website for the exact % increase in price.

You can renew the 10-year COE as many times as you like for all vehicles. Who told you cars cannot be renewed after 10 years?

Hahaha!! That left me wondering man... chialat if all cars must scrap after 10 years.... Most people take 10 year loan so by the time they finish paying, must scrap.

 

I think what you read wrongly was that the COE rebate for early scrapping laaa...

u can renew the 10yrs COE how many times u want also can for all vehicle but if u only renew for 5 yrs then at the end of the 5th yrs, you cant renew anymore and u have to scrap ur vehicle.

Lets say the bike expiring, then you renew 10 years, if after 5 years you scrap, the coe u can refund half of the coe cost?
