Need help Item that i sold off...

Hi all bro and sis, i have sold off item that i not using, just buy 3 week ago when i take out from my bike is working well. and i sold it online one of the guy buy it den call me back at night say that is not working, but i test let him see be4 i sell to him. what to do? PLS HELP :cry:

since you have tested it for him n it's working.. den it's not ur fault anymore.. mayb he damaged it when he got it??? mayb u can suggest to him to go back to the shop n repair?

Bro,

If you've tested the item in front of him and he's accepted the condition, then its not an issue. The Sale of Goods Act covers this...
