Cleaning/detailing matte painted/wrapped bikes

Just bought a bike thats matte black in colour and have not figured out the best solutions to use to clean and detail without destroying the paint.

 

What do you guys use to clean, and detail your matt black bikes?

 

Currently I'm using:

 

- Chemical Guys Meticulous Matte Detailer Spray

- WD40

 

I got some petrol stains that I've tried to get rid of but failed, using diluted dishwashing liquid and hot water. So I've read online that Glass Cleaner and WD40 might help. Tried Rain X glass cleaner to no avail. Finally used WD40 and managed to get rid of the stains.

 

Is WD40 harmful to matte paint? Would love some inputs!
