need help urgently

[new licensee]

hi all, desperatly need help.... i'm riding honda sp 150... jus did top overhaul (piston, rod & bearing all replaced) about 2 weeks ago... after overhaul, everything seems fine till tis week... riding half way, my bike suddenly become very jerky & jus die off... manage to restart d bike after many attempt... but though out the ride, d bike feel very rough (like fuel flow problem)... at the workshop d mech check d carb & say nothing is wrong... i thought it could be 2T intake set too high after d overhual causing flooding of the spark plug.... after setting top lower intake, d problem comes back d next morning... went back to d mech, tis time d mech suspect it could be electrical prob... cdi & all d harness checked, d mech suspect it could be d sensor at d coil tat cause d prob... he put a 2nd hand coil to my bike for me to try out before proceeding to order jus d sensor for me... now d prob is somehow solved, but another problem comes.. my bike becomes VERY UNDER POWERED & VERY NOISY... question is, could it be d coil tat caused tis under power & noise???? Any one noe wat could be d prob, pls help....
