I am going to Malaysia over the long weekend and realised that are many changes/ regulations in place now. Can anyone who has been into Malaysia recently offer any help/ comment? Thanks...

1) No pumping of petrol within 50 km of Sg/ Msia border.

2) Approx where (which exit along the NS highway) is this limit? i.e If I want to pump the nearest station when I journey into Msia, & return back to Sg.

3) Supposedly I am out of this 50 km radius and am able to pump petrol, is there any surcharge (or less petrol subsidies) in effect for Singaporeans vehicles - meaning Sg ppl pay more than the locals? (Like to know in case some kiosk fella try to rip me off saying I have to pay extra +++)

4) The Immigration White Cards, is it the same as those issued a few years back? (I still have some of those and wondering can I use them)

If these questions have been posed b4, could some kind soul help provide the links.. appreciate the answers.... just couldnt keep track of the latest news with the Msia authorities keep changing their stance & implementation dates.... Thanks

No, you can pump anywhere in Malaysia for now.

News is that they doing it from 15th August onward, but Malaysian custom officers say still no news whether to carry the ruling on that day.

Just bring along the whitecards you have will do, just incase there's a one day confusion at MY customs like not long ago.

For petrol, just pump anywhere you desire. No extra surcharge etc till further notice.
