ERP fine appeal

bros, need ur expert advice/guide..

 

i just received a letter from LTA stating that i didn't insert my cashcard in my IU. i did insert the cashcard btw.

i remembered some wks back bout in the news article bout cashcard being faulty.

i seldom go thru ERP gantry, so i assume it's my cash card bein faulty..

i did my IU check @ inspection ctr n found my IU workin fine. so i seem tat the card is faulty. he gave me a receipt n ask me to fax it to LTA together wif the letter from LTA.

 

do i need to write anything extra on the papers b4 i fax it in?

 

any 1 had this situation b4?

bro so did u take ur fauty cashcard to e bank to get it change n did they issue u a reciept? if not ur appeal will still be overrule n u still be charge:goodluck:

the guy @ vicom didn't tell me bout goin to the bank 1st to get it change b4 faxin the letter n the inspection chit..

go to LTA website, go to feedback section, find the link for erp and do a appeal.

go check at the inspection centre is how much ah? i got a feeling mine coming soon too... zzz i needa appeal... so wads the steps? mine is card error -.-

i got mine checked up a few mths back, u don't need to pay, just need the letter fr lta.
