Agreed!!!!! I am very happy with their service and treatment to their customers. My bike has been serviced with them for 4 over years now.

Being an ang mo and not beeing treated as a "rich bastered to be riped" at this shop gives me great assurance.

keep the good work guys...

hi guys just need some advice. i saw a rvf from the shop and i'm thinking of getting it... from reading the tread mention above. i assume its a good shop? hope it is not like albert cause i think albert in not good as my 2b bike is from them.

like what nongsao said..its a trustworthy shop..bought my bike from them..they will explain to u the breakdown of the price..the price that they tell u is the price that u pay..unlike some shop when u finally agree then they start telling u dis thing and that thing haven include.. :thumb:

they also do general servicing..there are a few mechanics working there..

they do sell 2nd hand bikes..the big universal shop beside hkl mainly sells first hand bikes..theres another lane where theres another row of shops jus before u exit out..theres another universal motors shop..small one..the 2nd hand bikes are mostly there..

So which shop to go to for general servicing - the "big universal shop" or the "small one"?

I stay in the Tiong Bahru area. Too much waiting around when patronising the Lengkok Bahru motorshop...

Well I just bought a 2nd TA200 from them, and yes only one gurantor is needed, plans come in 2/3 years, and you must down at least enough to cover your own insurance (2nd party). I was helped by David, and he is a sincere and honest salesman.

Price wise, true, they may not fall under the dirt cheap section, but the expression pay peanuts get monkeys I think would apply here.

In any case, I got a free helmet and bike dust cover (Which I realized I have no use for) with my bike. And oh so far, the bike hasn't given me a single problem , so I'd definately recommend it as well.

Oh, really transparent too, what he said is what you pay for. IF there are any changes to prices, he'd call, check and inform you.

And the first time I walked in, I also wasn't entertained, but I hung around looking at bikes, and when David walked over, I then explained that I was looking around for a first bike, and he started assisting me. Even when I didn't buy on the first visit, he was still polite, courteous and helpful.

So recommended! And yes, apparently they can order brand new bikes, because I did enquire about a brand new phantom first.

"Wolves and sheep will live together in peace, and leopards will lie down with young goats, calves and lion cubs will feed together, and little children will take care of them. Cows and bears will eat together, and their calves and cubs will lie down in peace." Isaiah 11:6-8

just to add on to what the others said, very transparent pricing.

when i got my bike last year, i asked for price on a particular 2nd hand one sitting at the entrance, he entertained all my questions for 1/2 an hr and wrote down the price on a piece of paper, told me that if i needed time to think abt it, by all means, price won't change when i get back. what he write on the piece of paper, just show to him, what he say is what i'll have to pay.

and all this without even promising to buy the bike yet. naturally, that made up my mind. and then pointed out a few small problems/niggles with the bike, he promised to get it rectified/fixed by the next day for collection. he also stated that only if really need to change then they'd change it, if not, will adjust until it's in decent condition.

true to his word, head bearings he replaced and clutch cable adjusted, etc, when i collected the next day.

then another time i got into accident, michael help me settle, told me go IDAC report then bring back. by the time i got back from reporting, seng motors close liao. saw david walking outa the showroom after locking up. went up to him ask if can put inside the showroom. he readily agreed, unlock, disarm alarm and help me park my bike inside, told me next day he'll push to the workshop for me.

to cut a long story shop, have only ever had good experience dealing with them. ups to a good salesperson and a transparent pricing system.

Smile! Tomorrow will be worse.

Thanks, so am i right to say when you say OTR the erp unit is included?

Coz when i asked them, they said OTR is 12.5k. But later the sales man said since promotion ERP unit is not included.

Want to know whether he is trying to pull a fast one on me..
