Thanks for the info! Are you from the shop in your avatar? With regards to porting, whats the flow rate before and after performing it? Do you port/polish just the exhaust port or all other ports as well? Thanks.

the kit aint ready yet for sale, so i suggest u go to stage 1 mods first~

Hi, Pro Drive... Bout the TYRE, I've tried MICHELLIN PILOT SPORT. Not bad for CORNERING & SPEED bcoz of it's SMALL size. Only available size 70/90 for front & rear but NO GOOD for wet surface, SLIPPERY WHEN WET... The best is Bridgestone Batallax or Dunlop TT900 but make sure it's made in JAPAN ONLY. VERY GOOD for both DRY & WET surfaces. For DAILY use, it's BETTER u use size 80/90 for front & rear. But if u like CORNERING very much then u use 90/80 for front & rear. It depends on U... For me, daily use i TRUST Batallax 80/90... Coz i don't corner TOO DEEP. And the VERY MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL is SPEEP & EMERGENCY HARD BRAKING.... Battalax 80/90 is STABLE... Made in JAPAN, remember...

Hi guyz, i'm a new member here actually i live in Penang... This is my first post... I'm riding a Y125ZR I'm currently using Michellin Pilot Sport 70/90 as my front tyre and Bridgestone Battlax 2.50 (Made In Japan) for my rear.... Last time used to use Battlax tyres for front and rear but later i wanna try the Michellin Pilot Sport so i tried it on the front wheels... Yup I agree with hydrantmen Battlax tyres are superb man... Coz of the rubber quality when the tyres are hot i mean when run for a while, it'll become some sort like a lil' sticky... So it has the grips to the ground... that's why battlax tyres wear so fast My battlax tyres finish in less than 4 months!!! Ya and Battlax tyres are suitable in wet and dry conditions and the cornering is so damn syok man....

I'm using Battlax BT-390 2.50 (not tubeless) not a lot of ppl heard of this tyre maybe becoz it's new check it out...Battlax Tyres

By the way hydranment Michellin Pilot Sport also comes in sizes like

60/90

70/90 (the one i'm using now)

80/90

Any takers? I'm selling my RXZ carb for those who have changed pipe already.

Its yours for $90 only~ You will get better mileage then stock (27~30km/l @ avg 100km/h),

and even though being a bigger carb, it also gives you better power, pick up and throttle response too!

I will give you a spare main jet also~

Best is if it was used with the No-Toil filter currently on sale just for you guys riding 125Zs~

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My bike is undergoing its Part 2 of my Stage 2 mod of my 125Z!

1st stage was half done by the previous owner, namely;

BM Power Pipe

RXZ Carb

Battlax Tyres

Moto R Rearsets

HEL Brakehoses

Heavy Duty Clutch Springs

Chain and Sprox 15 Frt 42 Rear

Part 1 of the Stage 2 Mods were namely;

Machined Ported & Polished Block

Hi-Comp Head

Redone Piston

Changed Ignition Timing

Sprox 40 Rear

Part 2 of the Stage 2 Mods to be finished tommorrow will be namely;

Engine Overhaul (Just to Check)

V Force Reed Valve unit and Valves

(Stock 4 Metal Reeds to 8 Carbon Fibre Reeds)

Trimmed Manifold

Keihin PWK Carb

No-Toil Filter

Pre-Mix Fuchs Silkolene

Re-worked AirBox

Free-flo hoses

3rd stage oresumbly will be;

Different tyre profiles and rims

Outlook

Re-worked Front Sus

Steering Damper

Brake calipers

etc, etc.......

:cheeky:

All in all you don't spend much actually. For example lets look at the better filter, its the same price as the stock one! Furthermore, you have the assurance of reputable mechanics too! And you don't need to travel all the way to JB, where imitation or fake original parts made from China are fixed onto your bike which won't last long. ITs actually turns out to be cheaper in the long run~ :goodluck:

But something you will get others wouldn't be able to - Knowledge! :cheeky:

Wow! I'm Impressed that BM Power's chamber pipe also available in Spore? Didn't expect it will turn out like that... Actually BM Power is juz a motor tiam at Bukit Mertajam (Province Wellesly North part of Msia) but it's very famous for modding bikes... It's the best motor tiam for modifying bikes coz the bikes modified there are very fast... But Bukit Mertajam there got 2 other shops modding bikes also not bad... One is Nam Hong and other one is a shop owned by a malay... BM Power is famous for modding bikes until they produce their own Full Race Chamber pipes to sell... Now i only know that these pipes are also available in Singapore...

Work Hard! Play Hard!!

Ya I agree Racing Boy products are more popular... BM Power is juz a motor tiam in the mainland that actually takes me a 30 - 40 minutes ride from my house.. And in Penang island itself also got 3 or 4 Motor tiams that got compete in Malaysian Cub Prix... But i don't go these kinda shop to mod my bikes one coz :

1st They'll cut ya throat man!!

2nd They are good at modifying but they don't actually full 100% effort in modifying your bike.. Coz they dowan your bike faster than theirs!!

I juz go to a normal motor tiam which my friend is the foreman there... Well the motor tiam is juz a normal one which only does servicing and overhaul but they don't modify bikes... But i juz ask my friend to help me mod coz he got the knowledge...

Well StingRhea i bet your Part 1 of the Stage 2 mods can already make your bike's meter touch (tak jiam) liao rite?

Work Hard! Play Hard!!

Hey, Sting... Must i RE-BORE my block if i wana use that RXZ carb...........? Tried to SMS u but u neva reply. I tink u havent settled your bills yet... Ha ha ha....!!!
