Blurry Headlights

Hi,

 

My bike's headlights had been blurry since the day i bought from bikeshop. Is there any way or any bikeshop offer the service to make it clear.

 

Is blur inside, not outside.

The blurry is cause by the previous owner using a high watt bulb, extra white or extra bright. The casing of the headlight assembly hav melt slightly. I think the onli way is change the whole headlight assembly.

either that or they use a solvent to polish the front.. for eg strong alcohol based or some kinda polish..

the material is most prob damaged..

i doubt can clean or repair it..

after u dismantle the assembly, u will hav to ensure the seal at the edge is secure and the assembly is air-tight.. if not vapour will present in there..
