advise needed on renewing insurance

i will put it in point form so there's no wall of text whereby pple would be sick to read it.

1) my insurance under axa for my phantom is expiring at the end of the month.

2) selling my phantom during nov/dec cos i am going to change bike eg s4

3) if i renew insurance under axa how much rebate will i be getting back? (ie, use for 6 months, what i get back wont be 50% right)

4) find out which is company offer the cheapest insurance for s4 in my age group then buy that insurance for my phantom, after i sell then transfer the remaining $$ and NCD over to s4)

 

is step 4 even possible?

4) Assuming you had already bought another bike & have applied a separate insurance for it. You can cancel your phantom insurance as one transaction. Then transfer over the NCD as a second transaction. It won't be a direct transfer per se.
