Acquiring unused wow characters~

as the title suggest. i would like to acquire characters for world of warcraft but from people who decided to quit. meaning: if you have characters sitting in the frozen accounts and you have already quit wow, i would like to, with your permission, unfreeze your account and transfer your character over to my account.

 

this is strictly for personal use and not to resell them. as such, i won't mind if you strip the character butt naked with zero gold.

 

please let me know if there is such an account lying there collecting dust. you won't need to pay a single cent. all charges will be on my tab.
