Looking for witness on accident at juntion bradell rd towards bartly

Hi guys..on the 18/11/08 ard 11.50am got into accident while working.

 

i am a rider/driver..but on that mention time n date i was working and driving a company van..i was travelling from bradell road toward bartley road. Upon reaching the juntion(under flyover) where lead bradell rd towards bartley and also upper serangoon..i check the traffic light and i was on green so i proceed straight. Suddenly in the middle of the juntion there's this small lorry turning right from my oncoming traffic((the common juntion accident i guess)). i tried to jam brake but theres no enough time and the lorry turning very fast so we end up collided..my front right side(driver area) hit his left frontside..its quite hard bang till we went up the kerb,i only sustain minor injuries n the other driver too but he bleed abit,hes an old driver btw like apek2,i was shock to see wit my eyes when i saw the lorry he drove actually carry those cooking gas..im just glad theres no explosions.

 

A passerby came to help one malay uncle riding bike,,come and try to open my driver door but it was jam..so he open the left side door for me and im out of the van,soon very quick,the ambulance and tp arrived and attend to us..few second later i saw the malay uncle that help me was gone..thats mean i lost an eye witness..me and the lorry driver share the same ambulance to hospital..

 

Inside the ambulance i talk to the ahpek driver,here how it goes

 

Me: Uncle why u turn right..i was on green..

 

Ahpek: No No i was on green..

 

Me: No way u can be on green when im on green..

 

Ahpek: I GREEN

 

Paremedic officer: ok stop it can continue that later u guys are injured now and there we stop..

 

the next day i went to tp for giving statement to the IO..the IO said the still will investigate tis case cos either one of us might have beaten red light and both oh us was given the prosecution letter that stated we MAYBE prosecuted for the offence and the IO still on investigation...

 

So now i was pleading for witness and if possible im looking for the uncle who help me..the uncle maybe on his 40s or 50s..if anybody know him pls get him to call me, or some others of u guys who witness the accident also pls call me n help me to be witness..stand up guys..this kinda driver shouldn't be on the road..after the accident i was thinking and glad that i was driving at tat time not riding..i don't know what will happened to me now if i was on bike at tat time..can call me at 92958938 Fiz

 

Btw guys i was just preparing for the worst case scenario..if i lost and the ahpek win cos i got no witness..what charges will they put against me?i know one of it is surely beat redlight 12 points.. anyone who witness pls sms or call 92958938..thanks

You said he oncoming traffic, that means he most probably also green unless got the red arrow traffic light. But since you going straight and he is turning, i think he is in the fault. Last time i kenna one car right turn stop in the middle of nowhere wait for pedestrian... i almost crashed into the car... luckily, a car on the other lane slowed down, allowing me to swerve out and back in... cb car...

i think i know wad u mean. its under the flyover. but seriously, i pass by there quite a few times. are u going towards sgoon central that side? if u are, then i think i know which traffic light. maybe he chiong the amber light? anyway rest well, dont think too much of it 1st. all the best.
