buy my own COE

hi.. i would like to know if buying my own COE is more worth than getting the shop to do it. as of now, the rules of bidding is just need a deposit of $200(returnable if bid failed) for motorcycles. tempted to bid la. cos right now not even half of quota is filled. but then again, knowing motor shops. even if COE $1, they sure find ways to earn from you.

Definitely you can bid your own COE, and then buy the bike from the shop but the price of the bike alone will be different.

 

COE is just another tool created by LTA for the end-users to be screwed by the shops
