Bike is still under finance, but coe is ending.

Hey guys, I need your help on this. I own a bike that is no longer with me, with the bike shop. After 2 attempt repair and still the bike got problem as stated by the bike shop. I got piss off and left the bike there. From 2015 till now, I've been laying up the vehicle. And now the coe is ending 21 Nov. From my understanding I can't scrap the vehicle if it's still under financing. How much trouble am I in right now? The bike is left with 2500$ I've check with the bike shop

And I can't make full payment before 21 Nov.. Any advice as to what are my options.

 

Please don't judge me of my action I was young and naive And do things with my emotions.

As far as I know, correct me if I'm wrong, if the bike is still under COI, the legal ownership belongs to the finance company. In this case, it belongs to the bike shop and hence the scrap would not affect you.
