appeal la. cos everytime got saman, must appeal. then can get warning only. for me so far, i appeal on 5 things. only 1 must pay. which is the most expensive one btw. the four things waived are $30-headlights off, $70-pavement parking, $25 X 2-parking outside lot with season parking. the one must pay is $170 and 9 points for reckless driving.

do u keep the receipt of the repair for wire cut? If have then attach with ur letter. Tell them, that night u abt the ride bike then found that ur bike kena wire cut again... so u push ur bike to void deck n go up to ur house a while to take xxx for repait etc etc...if they dun waive, bring their letter to see MP n complain abt the HDB + Security and ask them to install CCTV etc... make them more work... so if ur appeal dun get waive, at least u can buy a CCTV indirectly...

XDDDD Few days before wire kana cut, den scared park MSCP park downstairs 3-4 days kana summon, Black n White both also eat me sia, wtf LOL! My fav colours black n white, i am their fav also hahahahha

for me, what i did is simpler. just email to them.

 

my letter is very long eh.. cos appeal three summons in 1 letter. u want me to email it to you? the email to them is [email protected]. the parking summon better, appeal here direct. https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BL01WIS/BL01CPKAPLP001.jsp

 

good luck. for parking summons, i told my story where my mscp got 2 types of bike parking, 1 at the end and 1 in the middle. the middle one popular cos safer and the end one is prone to theft, mischief and blah3. since i go home 2-4am everyday, i just park in the middle of the mscp but outside lot. since i got season parking anyway. then i told them to increase the red lots in the middle of carpark all the way to the top. got somemore i tell them but i lazy to add on.

 

in the end, they emailed me back that they cannot increase the red lots. about the thief part, ask me to lodge report to police. so they can step up patrol. and got some more things la. impt thing is no need pay summon. full stop. good excuse if you stay around woodlands.

hehe u also master the art of appeal... that is... to throw the ball back to them and ask them to do this n that... usually they like to siam... so comveniently they will waive ur fine cos they dun wan us to keep barking the issue to them...

wah! so unlucky! got 1 time i got caught in heavy rain for 3 straight days. still not sick. only got 1 day wear raincoat. must be the flu vaccination still going on strong inside my body. haha... lucky now no more rainy season. now can be safe when working.
