Would like to ask. The scenario is Rider met with accident during p plate days. But was only fined with points more than a year later. He even got his 2A already.

So question is, when does the points actually start, from date of accident or from the date of the fine itself?

No matter how fast you can go, you'll only be as fast as the vehicle in front of you.
