Question no. 1 > lots of things may link to

 

Question no. 2 > Batt. flat might cause by a few things. Fuse blow >some connection might have problem.

 

Have to really check it out 1 by 1 then will know what problem you are haven't

idon't trust Mah motor as they are not expert on X9 engine and aprillia,

 

they charge high and do a F-type job !! i got played by them over earlier,

 

screws missing... charge me for new mirrors but give second hand ones with metel wires fastened inside rubber.....

What i can say:

 

Change the multivar roller first. If not change back to stock variator and roller kit. See how it goes...

 

The 7 amp fuse is for the ignition circuit not for the headlight.

 

To know the charger got fault, u need to install a volt meter to monitor the charging while riding..

yup yup head light i remeber it is either a 10 or 15 amp fuse, for X9 the 7 amp fuse is for the underseat lights and also the fast open of underseat only...

I dont think it's the Fuse,if the Fuse is blown,he wont even be able to start his bike,let alone charge the battery. There might be some problem with his rectifier.

he did mention his fuse blow often, i believe something is wrong somewhere. Can't really tell what is the actual problem if never check .

I could be due to faulty wirings or maybe even water seeped into it.

It's always best to get it check and have the problems corrected ASAP...

thanks guys, i Think better to change my charging coil... 2years in use,

 

now after starting can see my headlights vibrating to my engine sound...

 

i have replaced myrollers still can not hit 120km/h , max 110km/h....at

 

100km/h there somthing like a slip (belt) feeling then ok...

For two years of using the scoot, when is the last time u changed the belt?

changed belt at 18000km, @ taihin to kevler belt, recently checked belt at 25000km ok ..

I think your belt is ok.

 

I cant come into conclution what cause the speed lagging back....

 

What about your spark plug? How frequent have u changed?

SPARK PLUG JUST CHANGE, but initial starting takes about two tries...

 

what could be the fault?

It could be that you are using the wrong rollers.

As for taking 2 tries to start your engine,don't think that is much of a problem.Do make sure that you warm up your engine before you move off.

Doesnt matter it takes two tries starting the engine. Maybe the engine is cold.... Sometimes there's a need the twist the throttle a bit...

 

Anyway your original problem is not solve yet? Have u change back to stock variator yet?

 

By the way, when did u install the multivar?

Charging coil not replaced yet as Too ex pensive for now $180 ......

 

But i really don't know why no power...?

U using the multivar is still new, u need to use extra strengh to twist the throttle.

 

Why change the coil if it still good although been running it for two years, the best way to monitor it, is to install a volt meter.

 

For the rear suspension, need to use abit extra force to adjust. If it stop, that it, u have set to the min tension already....

It caused by the clutch shoe, hitting the clutch bell. But after awhile of riding, the sound disapppear. Hope simlar problem.
