Taking Theory lessons / test earlier ?

was wondering if theory lessons / test can be taken earlier like few months before your birthday or only when your birthday has pass. ? ..

 

also does basic theory covers for bike and car ?

from what i know.. die die muz hit 12mn den can register in school to take lesson and tests and etc.. as in 0000 on the date of ur birth

To my knowledge, our driving centres will only entertain those who have passed their 18th birthday.
