If you had search the forum religiously.. You could have everything answered. Dun expect to be spoon feed. But this time.. Feed you lah hor... and if still not sure?? Call them up and ask.. Takes 5mins to get the answer..rather den post here and waste time waiting... Just my opinion thou.. Dun flame me... And oh. if u search again.. they also have guideines on HOW TO WRITE A PROPER APPEAL
