anyone know the consequence of going thru ERP without IU unit install?

$70 fine. confirmed n tested. advise is buy a iu unit. cost $153. if kena saman 2 times aredi add a few dollar cn buy iu aredi. somemore some carparks use cashcard payment. n buy the new CEPAS. its a ezlink cum cashcard. cashcards are gonna phase out soon/
