Advice Needed

Hi guys,

On the 15-01-09, i met with an accident while working as a dispatch, i was traveling straight, green light was in my favour, before approaching the yellow box of the cross junction, i noticed a red car on the opposite lane was signaling right indicating his intention to turn right, she was already out of the slanted right box, there are pedestrians crossing, i was travelling at 40-45km/h, upon entering the yellow box, the car suddenly dashed out, i was unable to stop in time, [i think that the pedestrians was about the clear the crossing leaving a gap which the car thought she could go, therefore she misjudged or didn't see me] thus crashing into the right hand side of the car, my hand was dislocated in the process of the crash, i was sent to ttsh, before i went up the ambulance tp has not arrive but police was already there, i was discharged the very next morning and given 3 days mc, i made a police report and went to idac[my bike was towed there already], total repair fee was 700+, i was unable to work until 12-2-09, and my worry is that until today, i wasn't called down to tp hq for my statement, and my question is should i take the initiative to go down to hq and give my statement? And what should be included in my claims?[medical fees?salary?repair?] currently my fathers' friend is helping me with my case, yes he help me engaged a lawyer, but my worry is still there for it's my first serious accident.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated and sorry for my wall of text.

i reported to idac, my insurance is under ntuc, when i asked the staff she say i report to idac enough already?

since already engaged lawyer, let the lawyer handle it.

 

i never had to do anything except go to planet motors and tell ah chong wat happen. months later, got my cheque.

 

you will be able to claim for loss of income and pain and suffering etc.

especially if you are working as a despatch and you wont be able to ride until bike is repaired and you're fit to ride and work as despatch again.

 

for now, think whatever you wanna cliam, hp repair, torn jacket, pants etc...hahaa..
