Hi,

 

I am new to auto bike and i am keen on SYM GTS 200. May I ask whether is there any good bikeshop around to recommend me to buy first hand? Also, is there any meetup for Sym rider soon? I wanna know more bout this bike. I have read the last 17 pages of this thread already. How long on average do u all have to wait to collect this bike? Pardon me as I have nv purchased a new bike b4... Always 2nd hand only...

is 6300 OTR a good price??? excluding insurance that is.... and usually when u all do buy new sym... is there any free gift like bike cover, helmet, rain coat or such???

Just wanna check wif you all guys what brand of the mineral based engine oil r u using during the engine break-in period? What grade of that engine oil?

 

And also the transmission oil, what brand and grade r u using?

 

Have u guys noe about the AMSOIL Formula 4-Stroke® 10W-40 Synthetic Scooter Oil?

Just get to noe about this engine oil from some forum and AMSOIL website , special for scooter. Does anyone using it?

I be going down ASP to order n buy a Sym scooter this coming Sat... Wanna accompany me there? Can go test ride together... I be making payment on Sat too.

nice ride. may wana change to this. however, a little turned off by the exhaust prob u bros are having. is there any fix for that yet? dont wana regret my decision of changing bike hahaha.

lol. i look around the other maxi scoots from atlantic to kymco but sym still seems the most bang for the buck! damn. anyone with a newish gts wana trade? hahaha

How much did you get it for???

 

apparently machine price is $6.5k but adding coe etc etc etc is about 7.8k. This is without insurance.

 

Saw it at M1 motoring @ changi road.

 

quite a beauty i gotta say. but a tad smaller than a gts ^^

received my SYM GTS 200 yesterday!!! A good ride indeed it is... Very comfortable n quiet.. Wat awe me most is the led white display... Very nice. Currently running in. I'm Lovin It

refering t a sym gts 200?

if you'r talking bout tht ride, personally ive tried top speed with pillion on straight road.. acceleration t 100kph is no big issue, fm 100kph onwards it takes awhile t go up (speed), you'd feel th draggin.. th speed increases very slowly.. capable of 110 - 120 i believe.. with pillion. (:
