i tink if ur bike stil under hire purchase they will only give u 1 key right. if wanna make duplicate must try find outside shop.

Yup my bike under hire purchase, thus only one original key given, btw any key recommended shop that GTSer had their SYM key dupicated?

I think the key no micro chip like honda S4 (HISS) right? prefer the original ones as the key head can bend.

I thought of ask Mah if they bring in new set of keys which is not cut to the required shape & size.. just the key head can bend..

Just got myself a 2nd hand GTS 200 2009 model from Mah Pte Ltd, its been a week of using it,so far no issued yet, engine and acceleration damn smooth. Even try reaching 110 kmh.. Smooth.. Btw its my first auto scooter.. Can say im impressed.

 

Guys, currently im holding only 1 original key, where can i purchase a new sym key to duplicate & keep as spare.

Welcome to the GTS club! The GTS is selling very very well. If you want just a spare key, any hardware shop that duplicate keys can do it for you.

bro what i mean is after u fully runned in u try hit the speed like 90km to 100km the next day 100km to 110km

 

Wah! heng ah nim peh bo loot ah Today I tried doing 90 but below 100kmph ... did not like the sound at all. I think will just cruise at 70 to 80kmph!

GTS 200 is selling like hot cakes now.. hardly can get 2nd unit at bike shop. can see more GTS riders on the road nowadays..

For u info, a neighbour of mine bought his GTS back in year 2005 (FZ plate) and still running strong till today..

 

for the spare key, maybe i just go to the key shop beside regina for duplication..

Even in Facebook group (GTSer)

 

Why not build our own Singapore GTS owner group.. (SGTSog)

Or Singapore SYM scooter owner group. (SSSOG) or sumthing u all can think of,

Just a suggestion...

hi guys,im new to this auto scoot..its bn 5mths i use..bought 2nd hand at aljunied black,FBE2xxx,mileage 6k-nw 12k..at SGD5k..nd sm info frm seniors here..when to change the belt?hw much to change it?my batt light always on but no problem everyday handstarter-what is the cause?.....last last fri saw a sym gts at marina barrage -the owner with sym group juz went malacca-is this group frm here?tx lots...

Usually belt change is ard 24k km or something like dat...must check the owners manual bro...the price if i am not wrong gts belt is below 100 bucks

Our if I NV translate is 5k oil change. 2l oil.

I afternoon went to the spore scooter show at suntec city galleria foyer liao. The 400i and 300 i is there. i mount onto the 300 and 400 i motor and very comfortable sia. The seat height was not high compare to T max and therefore i able to rest both my feet on the ground when stationary. i am a 1.8 metre tall man and i couldnt rest both feet on my Tmax, this make balancing very difficult when pillion and stop at red light.

 

400i is 13k a bit on the road for a 32 yr old me.

300i is 11k a bit on the road

Gts200 is 7k on the road

 

If bought at suntec during road show u will be given 1st yr free oil servicing, 1 yr road tax and 1st yr interest free. Those interested go and grab it now.

Wondering how much u guy pay for MAXSYM 400?

I went down to the roadshow and it is very nice. Considering this bike or SilverWing.

 

The seat is hard but i think it is ok. the internal department is very small, definitely need to install box.

Make sure there are no hidden cost! Some shops are very good at this! After putting your signature on the dotted line, they will say excluding ins blah blah blah .............. You guys buy the Maxsym and put up a report here. May consider getting one also ....

True true but Maxsym price on the road is 13.4k Coz my bike shop quote that price too including insurance 1st Party @ SGD$1350

Good deal bro. Once the Maxsym is saleable, you can expect to see the price goes northwards ! Just look at the Tmax and Silverwing now - above $20K !!!
