good morning guys, recently my bike went 'bobok'' whenever i open throttle or maintain at certain speed,i've asked few mech if its because of carb setting, one oready cleaned it but i experienced the same thing,and after that my bike went bobok and died instead..so kickstart many2 times cannot revive, change spark plug andspark plug is fouled covered with black oil..so comes to another question.is it because of incorrect settings that my spark plug is like that and is it also the same reason behind my bike ''bobok-ness'' ? experienced this before ?

 

"bobok" happens when setting is wrong, i think.

 

Just 1 day not riding my bike, went to warm it up just now..

 

It's okay for the first 5min, den the engine suddenly died.. and i have to start it again.. but if i leave it to idle, it will die within 30sec again..

 

Have to throttle abit to prevent the engine from die-ing. What could be the problem man? Is it because the bike is too cold?

 

i think u go bikeshop check better bro, Planet ubi if u no idea where to start off.

Hello peeps. Im new to motorbikes and i actually have a layup 125z which i bought in 1st august from a previous owner. I hardly ride it because i dont wanna get caught since im very close to TP alrdy. so what i normally do is every 2-3 days i start my bike just to warm it up. first few weeks no problems. but recently i observed white smoke coming out of my exhaust on idling. the smoke came out really thick like fogging those kind. i read the internet they say wait until the bike is fully warmed up then the white smoke will subside but for my case the white smoke didnt subside but instead became thinner, but still very obvious. then when i throttle a bit, a lot of white smoke come out. and whenever i warm up my bike the whole parking lot is a little foggy. the 2t i added shouldnt be a problem because the previous owner said 25ml/L which i followed accordingly. and that time when he show me his bike there was no smoke at all during idling. can anyone tell me whats wrong with my bike and what should i do? and i got another problem regarding gear shifting recently.. sometimes i find it very hard to shift from neutral to gear one... then i try e-brake on e parking lot and realised that from gear 4 when i clutch in, i cannot kick down all the way to gear 1. sometimes stuck at 2 sometimes at neutral. then i must release clutch and clutch in again to kick to gear 1. so i need help regarding this two issues. :(

oh thanks so i guess thats the main problem... that one can do myself rite instead of going to shop? the engine oil how much and where to buy?

 

Depends on the grade and brand. All petrol kiosk shld sell. Ranging frm $12 to $3+

no bro..petrol kiosk only sells engine oil n 2T...except for SPC wer dey hv motorbike workshop...

 

go to any reliable motorbike workshop for servicing, or u cn diy if u noe hw to lar :thumb:

How can I improve my bikes fc? :cry: My bike is original without any mod... Been riding for the past 5 years with this fc. :(

 

majority is your carb setting.

just told the shop, u want a smooth ride. :)

 

but the risky jam in high speed increased due to the bike running in lean setting.

Just got a Y125, still learning about this bike after some long years of not riding a 2-Stroke. Hope the riders can give me some advice on this...

 

Is it normal that the engine response is laggy in low rpm and after 5000rpm, it goes all out power? Below are the things that are not standard:

 

1. Carb - change to RXZ carb

2. No air filter

 

The rest are standard, even the exhaust.

Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.
