1.uglify the bike.

2.affect on high speed stability

3.affect on handling

4.increase FC

SIPC just improve your low and mid power, make it smoother to ride.

doesnt affect your topspeed....

 

if u want achieve a higher top speed without your bike screaming away, just play with sprocket.

some popular sprocket setting is 15T front 39T rear for stock bike(top speed).

 

factory sprocket setting was 15T front 43T rear.
