Taiji Chuan Instruction - Any Reccomendation

Thinking of taking up Taiji - yup - don laugh...

 

Figure that it might do me some good..

 

Anyone knows of a good instructor (cos i'm a bad learner) who can teach in English...preferably somewhere central..

I used to learn nan hua pai qigong....they have nan hua pai taiji as well.

For proper taiji...u need to pick up qigong.... in order for you to move around the qi... in taiji quan....

 

They are at geylang. cant remember which lorong.... once in a while they have demonstratiion ad. on sin ming...or straits time.... will try to dig up some info for u...
