Help with COE!!!

Hey all,

 

Do I have to bear the cost of COE of a used bike when I buy it or not? In addition, the bike still have 2 years or 1 year left till the COE expired. Or I just have to pay for the machine price, insurance, road tax and transfer fees only? Help will be appreciated!

Used bike comes with COE that has already been paid for when it was first registered.

 

Since a couple of years left on the COE, you should be considering whether you want to renew the COE, if bike is in good condition.

Oh ok, so I just have to pay for insurance, road tax and transfer fees only at the time i buy the bike issit?

If road tax is still valid, as with the COE, you should not be paying for it. The only thing you have to pay for is the insurance, transfer fees and the bike.
