this saturday i got ndp sh*t work to do dunnoe what time finish if until finish early i call u. That afternoon i just finish playing soccer near the temple there :smile:

add a relay to each headlite like we when install air-horns to regulate the electric passing through the switch so tat it wun melt so easily loh.hua chin@batok selling xenon lite booster but i tink normal relay works the same.fuse in relay will cut off pwr before it melts the switch in case there's any pwr failure.xenon booster vry ex too.

no more melting switch happened to me after i install the relay le leh.maybe u guys can try too.headlite also vry brite after tat.:sweat:

frm my understanding, it uses the same front tire as us.. can't fit huh.. ?

after spending few day to check 2 set of my switch(spoil 1).comes to know that both is the same problem...the problem is at the hi lo switch curcuit,not the on off side.the plastic surface melt abit at the low beam curcuit.hi beam no problem,so that causes the fault.(contact problem).solder the metal part abit to make it thicker so that low beam can be in contact.now ok already......:cheer:

if u guys 1 2 open the switch, take care,there is a small spring at the low beam switch,dont lose it....

 

 

maybe the plastic part melt due high wattage bulb bein use(last time owner ah beng 1)....will be getting those normal headlight bulb 2morrow...

guys,where u all buy ur headliught bulb? Lab 1 can use not?:cheer:

the header u must ask around...

hav to go to many diff bike shop to ask...

the price range from $100 plus or less... depends... the header they hav comes from scrapping the bike...

yr pick up and top end will improve but middle range may suffer a bit..

The headers will smoothen the powerband at lo-revs... small effect, cos ur endcan still has got a baffle in it. U'll be better off with a full aftermarket exhaust system, otherwise..save the cash for gd rubbers and brakes. and a aftermarket endcan.

 

IMO, not much use..if u ride on track.. I dun see the bike moving at RPM below 7K.

yeh,same prob too.1st time i connect another switch to turn hi-lo but it melt again,so no choice,change the whole set cuz inside melted till beyond repair but add a pair of relay tis time.tan no prob le.urs gd idea too man.i'll do tat in future if mine spoil again.:cheer:

guys...sorry 4 the stupid question,cause im new to the 2a bike.juz 1 to ask,usually after washing carb,how long issit need to balance carb? 2day juz follow my fren,thought 1 2 service also,but afer see the mech balance his carb so fast sia....less than 2 min.....really so easy meh?can so fast finish ah?

guys any gd & reputable bikeshop tat got do 3rd party claim? i wana claim from the guy whu knock me but my insurance ask me to find bikeshop to do it. IDEC oso ask me to find bikeshop tat can help me do with their own lawyer. any to recommend? URGENT!!! THx bros....

the tuning of the carb need to use a vacuum meter which is digital or use of mercury meter..

if the guy juz use a screw driver and turn the air screw, then he juz set it to "default" setting...

i saw him fix up the gauge then on the bike.then he see abit,then of the bike liow.....ok nevermind,will monitor there few days n the milage...

yah,btw wat u mean by default?if set to default,wat will happen?

how's the rear brake of the rest of u guys?do u need to step hard for it to work?:confused:

 

and btw.. where can i find the "cbr RR" sticker at below the back sit position??
