Agree! :thumb: a cig finish is juz nice for warm up which is normally 5min for me. But of coz in the morning i juz ride steadily to let my bike warm up better coz my journey is oni the most 20min ride

Mm... cos i a non smoker so i not sure about the time needed to warm up my bike..

Usually i will sit on the bike to lift my bike to a 'In line position' so tat four of my piston are running, but juz dun no how long to take ... usually when i can feel the heat around my legs then i will start to move off.

Thank anywae ... Next time i will give myself around 5 min to warm my engine up.

maybe 1 of the pistons is jammed or not running smoothly. Or maybe its the top engine tensioner prob since u say the sound come frm the engine. correct me if im wrong but best solution is to find a gd mech to solve the prob... :goodluck:

I can probably tell you the cost of fork seals next week, my bike is in for them at the moment. If you do the fork seals get the fork oil changed at the same time. 15W oil will stiffen up the front forks a bit and give you better feeling than the stock 10W fork oil.

cbr is running on cam gears => therefore no timing chains and tensioner to replace...so the sound shldn't be from the timing chain

There's no replacement for displacement except for a blower
