Bros...

if the fireblade chain appear to be rusty issiz safe to ride on?

jUz now juz view a fireblade...

the engine sound good to me and lighting all that still bright...

is there any other thing that i need to check on??

then hor.. since there is no fuel gauge.. how i know when need to pump petrol huh?

constantly open the fuel tank ar??

if rusty, just be prepared lar....Prepared means $ to change the whole set...Cuz the chain MAY snap....If abit of rust is still ok....just mantain it till the chain wears off...

U buying a fireblade? Do check on the engine(for any leakage)...and the forks(for any leakage) :thumb:

No fuel guage? Not a problem man...Just like Enotsol said...each time full tank, just reset the meter.... My full before reserve is about 200-230 clicks... :cheer:

the shock on Gullarms bike looks like a CBR600 unit.

For the tyre pressue question I use 34psi front and back and it works good on the road.

As for no fuel gauge...After you run out a few times you will know when to top up :) I generally just top up once a week on my way to work whether it needs it or not.

The pumps at petrol stations are generally quite inaccurate, its always a good idea to buy a good quality gauge and check the pressure every few weeks to be sure it is correct. Too much pressure and you will bounce all over the place, too little and you will feel the tyre moving around and distorting as you ride which feels very bad. Either way wrong pressure settings can have a huge impact on your confidence and enjoyment of the bike.

easy....just look at your engine(just behind your radiator)...can just peep through your fairings...

look at the part where the engine head and body meets(the one with gasket)...If it is oily(very,,till your engine looks terrible), maybe there's a leakage....that's because your gasket has worn out and need to be change... :cheeky:

Fork leakage too...oil spills out of the oil seal area...easy to spot...

wanton>>>i think u might need to consider on selling from owner to owner....pushing to bike shop may cause u to lose alot...Just my POV... :thumb:

Can the R models owners enlighten me whats the original settings front and rear

suspension are

the rear nothing much to adjust, the front damping, adjust to individual preferences.
