In Singapore, its the place to do business ---> only if u have a very very very strong financial backing or u are an International Instituation with "cash flow" in their native countries.

 

If not, be prepared to worry till your head grows bald thinking on how to survive on rental alone.

Dun worry, the bank will be willing to loan u and then bankrupt u when u start defulting or whenever the economy is unstable.

After that, see whether u wanna pay in installment for the rest of your life or declare bankrupt but also have to pay in property or next of kins. Singapore can't run de... Everything well accounted for.

 

There's many such cases by the way---> of ppl carrying really high hopes of being independent. But they struggled till death with all the problems and red tapes and financial requirements. Everything in this country evolves around $$$ and the standard of living is ranked 10 th worldwide in terms of cost of living and 3rd in Asia, behind Tokyo and Osaka.

A construction Firm is already donating SGD 50,000 to NEA.

They used rotten tree shavings to level the grounding of an Animal Shelter at Chua Chu Kang and caused a Sulphuric Smell to spread the whole area and also pollute the river there.

 

These construction firms always cut cost here and there without any humane and safety constrain unless regulated or there's incentive to do so. I hope the industry will get trimmed down just like housing insurance agent industry.

Too many = too much competition = low profit margin = low quality products
