Mine can start without throttling... But will engine die... So I normally start le, then I rev abit... Let the rpm go abit higher then I let go throttle...

 

mine need throttle abit also. think old bikes all like that one.

i rode CBR400 so far nv purposely go bike shop and charge the battery....

unless your CBR400 is battery powered engine, haha.....

Every 6 months I think... Cos my bike always put at shop, dunno they got charge for me or not leh... Anyway, I using HID bulb leh. Your bulb got eat more battery than hid bulb then I think time for u to change bulb better...

Just go to shop and tell them service your fork... They'll know what to do... Fork seal, about $30. Fork oil, about $8. Workmanship maybe $20-$30 depending on what shop u go to... My approximate guess will be about $60 per fork...

60/35W x2 for stock.

35/35W x2 can use, if u seldom ride on Malaysia.

 

60/55W x2 mostly shop will give u this,

 

the problem is 55Wx2(low beam which always using) , it will slowly kill your wiring(overload),

stock wiring only can stand for 35W x2....
