Cornering, must see the rvf rider and cbr rider already, see skill... If straight road, cbr sure win in top speed if both riders dare to open full throttle... That's why, CBR FTW!!! Lol

2 possibilities, valve or your timing chain... Get your mechanic to open the engine to check... Most probably it's your valve... Time for valve clearance... Btw, your clutch working fine right?
