Fast throttle???

Sorry for my ignorance.:cheeky:

Please enlighten me.

fast throttle/quick throttle shortens the amount of turning of your throttle.. for eg.. your throttle turn for full for 45degrees while fast throttle turns full at 30.. but the amount of fuel is more than normal throttles.. which means... fast throttle turns 5degrees will be around normal throttle at 15degrees... something like that...

I suggest u stick to stock 120/60.

changing to 120/70.

Points to note.

1. Ur front fender must be able to clear the 120/70 profile. ( never heard of anyone doing this)

2. You must make adjustments on your yokes to compensate for your 120/70 profile. If not your bike will be tilting up at the front.

3. More adjustments to be made, Shims might be needed to raise ur rear ride height.

btw, where did this idea came from ? from the pre 05 r6's ?

Sorry guys even changing the idling rpm higher oso dun help coz one of my fren rpm is 1500 but he still have to hold trottle when cold start, so my advise is go to ur trusted mech to do a tunning if can do grounding as well as it will helps to stable ur idling.:cheeky:

may I enquire what rubbers are u using and the sizes ?

Stock is 120/60 and 150/60.

road, I'm using 32, 36.

PS. Tire wear is mainly down to riding style.

For me, most ppl go thru 1 front + 2 rear.

I use 1 front + 1 rear together.

every tire change is one pair. cos both worn out together.
